The bed - very comfortable
We booked a hill side room and got a little box room. We requested a hill view and they moved us, which was good of them. However better communication between hotel and Booked.net would have avoided us having to make this request. Hidden charges they don't tell you about. $US for using the internet (travelled from Thailand down to Singapore and this was the only hotel that charged us). They also wanted to charge us for booking a taxi, which I found rather strange, and loads of phone calls we never made? I don't think I'll be going back in a hurry, in fact I doubt I'll be going back at all.
